The Process
The Process
1. Upload your photo, press that 'Add to Cart' button and put in your order!
2. We will confirm the estimated date of completion with you, please let us know if there is a specific date you need the artwork by.
3. You'll receive a sketch to confirm the composition of the artwork. This is where you let us know if any major adjustments are needed, once we start adding colour only minor adjustments can be made.
4. You will also receive a photo of the final artwork to make sure you're happy with everything before we ship to you. Your satisfaction is our highest priority!
5. We will lovingly and securely package your artwork and send it home to you safe and sound!

Can you remove the leash/not paint the eye booger?
Yes, we can absolutely make adjustments to the original photo so just let me know if you'd like a pesky eye booger or leash disappeared!
Are other sizes available?
We can absolutely do custom sizes! Please get in touch with the style of painting, number of subjects, and dimensions you want and I'll get back to you with a quote.
Do you paint backgrounds?
Acrylic Portraits: Backgrounds are typically a mix of colours based on the original photo, you can also choose a different colour. Backgrounds with detail are available for an additional fee. Please get in touch to arrange.
Watercolour Portraits: Backgrounds are typically blank. I'm happy to add a bit of grass and sky blue or your choice of watercolour splash for free. Backgrounds with detail are available for an additional fee. Please get in touch to arrange.
Ink and Colour Pencil Portraits: Backgrounds are typically blank. Colour/detailed backgrounds are not available.
Can you put different photos together?
Short answer, yes.
Long answer, I can put photos together but what we need is for it to look natural and that will depend on many factors including lighting, camera angle, clarity of photos etc. Please email me (artnkookies@gmail.com) the photos and I'll let you know!
Are payment plans available?
Absolutely! The website offers Afterpay payment option. If you're unable to use it or it's not available in your country, please get in touch and we can do a payment plan manually: 50% deposit to book in and the remaining amount due before shipping in as many instalments as you want.

We retain the right to refuse your commission for any reason (but mainly if we are not able to work with your photo). If this occurs, you will receive a full refund.

I’m honestly in such awe with Natalie’s talents. She painted my boyfriend’s white poodle and it had so much dimension. I found her on TikTok when I came across a video of her painting of a black cat. As other reviews have mentioned, I also found Natalie's account on tiktok. I commissioned a portrait of my family dog who my parents had to put down at age 16. The painting exceeded any and all expectations and Natalie was very communicative and thoughtful with the packaging and notes. She even noticed my shipping address was different than my billing address and emailed to ask if I wanted to include a gift message! I highly recommend Natalie's paintings - her work will help us to forever remember our beloved pup.
Natalie did an amazing job when I ordered this for my friend as a gift.
